The Australian Culinary Federation National is the largest industry body in Australia representing professional Chefs, Cooks, Apprentices & Culinary Students. As the Queensland Chapter of the Australian Culinary Federation National, we assist, advise and engage in the formation, continuation and development of Australian Culinary Competitions. As representatives of the industry, we are devoted to assisting our members to advance their professional skills and knowledge while forming a strong community of like-minded people. Through engaging in both social and professional networking within the culinary space, the Australian Culinary Federation Queensland aim to encourage industry-wide solidarity and collaboration with a diverse group of industry professionals.

On behalf of management committee, we are delighted to announce that Mr. Peter Howard AM is the Australian Culinary Federation Queensland Inc. Patron. Mr. Peter Howard is one of the founding members of the Australian Culinary Federation, was the ACF national president for three years, a state and national Life Member, TV Chef, Media presenter, author, hospitality specialist, mentor and has been involved with the hospitality industry for well over 30 years. Mr. Peter Howard’s position was announced at the recent AGM. Congratulations Peter!
